If the reader is not using ad blocking software, the plugin will not interface with the user.

So you install a plugin for detecting ad block software and what it does?
It gives your visitor a browser popup that says something like “Stop right there bad guy” and then the user have the freedom to close the popup.
It’s like telling a thief not to rob you because robbing is wrong. He’ll rob you and getaway laughing.
It’s an useless browser builtin warning popup that can be blocked by the browser itself.
