 1. Upload `admin-private-note` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. go to the users profile to save some notes on users…

just go to users profile and you will see a text editor for private noting…

the notes are in the users list page in Admin area…

This is a great little plugin. I needed to note some important info on members that
I have to manually upgrade, and this little plugin worked exactly as it says. I 
wish though, that it would a line of the text of the note under the user on the 
page that displays a list of the users in admin, with a link to read more. That 
would be so much easier then editing and scrolling down to read the note.
