 2.  * Your website’s origin (domain) is sent to `https://sys.akia.ai/website_chat_token_exchange`
       to establish a secure connection and obtain an authentication token. This happens
       only when you complete the “Configure Akia” setup flow in the WordPress admin
       panel.
 3. **On your website’s frontend (when chat is enabled):**
 4.  * The authentication token (stored securely in WordPress options) is included 
       in the URL when loading the chat JavaScript from `https://sys.akia.ai/website_chat_js/{
       token}/chat.js`. This script is loaded on every page view when a valid token
       is configured.
     * The chat JavaScript itself may collect and send visitor data (such as chat messages,
       page URLs, and other interaction data) to Akia’s servers. Please refer to Akia’s
       Privacy Policy for details on what data is collected by the chat service.
