I cannot install this. I receive a fatal error upon installation.

This was exactly what I was searching for. Only activation of the plugin and you’re done. 😉
Unluckily it is not maintained anymore.

Great plugin. Just please fix the Email Placeholder Text issue.

Hassle-Free 1-Click Installation. Just Install and Activate, that’s it…No other configuration needed.
But remember, you must have Jetpack installed and subscriptions module must be Active!
