- Upload the category-wise-search folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
- WordPress の「プラグイン」メニューからプラグインを有効化してください
- Go Appearance => widgets section see Category Wise Search

Exactly what I needed: a search form that lets you search by category. This does exactly what it says. I tried a few others which didn't work, but this one is perfect 🙂
