to allow users to make and receive phone calls and text messages directly from their
WordPress admin dashboard, in real time.

Copuloo transforms your WordPress dashboard into a full communication hub, giving
you the ability to make and receive phone calls and text messages directly from 
your site. Instead of juggling multiple devices or third-party apps, you can handle
all of your business communication in one place, right where you manage your website.
This makes it easier to stay organized, keep records of customer interactions, and
respond quickly without leaving WordPress.

On top of its core calling and messaging features, Copuloo also offers advanced 
automation options. You can set up custom text-to-speech responses that greet callers
when you’re unavailable, or even enable an AI voice assistant that answers calls
on your behalf. The AI can handle conversations naturally, take messages, and guide
callers to the right next step, giving your business a professional, always-available
presence. Whether you just want a simple way to manage calls and texts in WordPress

### External Services

This plugin connects to Twilio services to enable voice communication, messaging
functionality, and browser-based AI calling features.

Twilio is used to:
 – Handle incoming and outgoing voice calls – Process SMS/text
messaging – Enable browser-based communication features – Support AI phone assistant
functionality

When a user accesses the plugin dashboard, the plugin performs a request to obtain
a temporary Twilio access token required for establishing secure voice connections
and communication sessions.

The plugin may send data to Twilio services when communication features are used,
including:
 – Phone numbers – Call and messaging metadata – Audio/voice communication
data – Message content – Authentication and session tokens required for secure connections

These requests are made only when a user actively accesses the Copuloo dashboard
or uses the plugin’s communication features.

During incoming calls or text messages, the plugin may also receive webhook requests
from Twilio services containing communication events, message data, call status 
updates, and related information required for the voice and messaging functionality
to operate correctly.
