During setting up user must add some info from Paypal: -API Username -API Password -API Signature How to get it you can see follow this link. (recommend add this instruction to plugin) https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/classic/api/apiCredentials/#creating-classic-api-credentials But i saw that this plugin tagged #woocommerce on the buttom of description page.
