- Install WordPress
- Go to your WordPress admin panel, and then to Plugins. Click on “Add New” and then upload the zip file of the plugin using the “Upload Plugin” button you can find on top of the screen.
- For the plugin to work as it should, WooCommerce plugin has to be installed and enabled.

Just downloaded the plugin tonight for my site.
The Yith My Account plugin crashed my site for a few days after it had been working well. Couldn't figure out which other plugin or what was causing it to break, and didn't want to use the time to figure it out, so I bought this one.
What convinced me to buy was going on the Phoenix website, and the live chat person was really helpful and prompt, assuring that it wouldn't crash my site.
I downloaded the premium version, and it's got more features than Yith. And after I needed some extra custom help, I went back on the live chat and he supplied the help for free.
Not trying to over-build-up this plugin, just very pleased with the customer support.

I must admit I haven't had the best success with many plugin, but Phoenixx was surprisingly AWESOME! Not only does the plugin work great their support was fast and efficient. After purchasing the custom, which I highly recommend you do after trying the free version because there are many useful functions you WILL want to use, the support staff help me with some of the custom links and made my membership dashboard better the ever. Not only did they login and take care the the problems I was having trying to do the changes myself, they stayed on line until I was up and running. Thanks guys! Awesome work and I really appreciate your customer service and support. I'm a happy customer!
