I had trouble with updating the Pro version of their Gallery Plugin, and not only did they go in themselves and fix it, they gave me the code to copy and paste to use across all our sites. Great product, great team!

I installed and tried many image plugins but I came back to Photo Gallery. Nice style offer and many option views: slide, masonry, thumbnail, mosaic and content slider. But the real reason I chosed Photo Gallery plugin is the 24h assistance (also on Christmas Day!). Recommended.

The developers behind this plugin is very very helpful, they went extra miles to correct our codes to make it work, and they didn't even charge us a dime! I have use this gallery for my webwite : http://www.arbrecreation.com and it works well. So, i have the pro version and huge it have made a modification just for me, for having a direct link to a web page when you click on the picture wihtout lightbox. Thanks a lot.
