## 説明

Grip Contact Form を使えば、高機能なお問い合わせ・問い合わせ受付フォームをノーコード
で作成し、サイトの好きな場所に設置できます。外部サービス grip space と連携すると、
サイトを訪問した企業を IP アドレスから特定し、組み込みのアクセス解析 (サイト・組織・
都道府県・業種レポート) を WordPress 管理画面内で確認することもできます。

 * コードを書かずに高機能なお問い合わせフォームを作成・設置できます。
 * Add a booking calendar to a form: visitors pick a date and time, and the slot
   closes once it is taken.
 * Optionally connect your own Zoom or Google account so a meeting is created and
   the booking lands on your calendar.
 * 「grip space」 と連携し、訪問企業を IP アドレスから特定できます。

### 外部サービス

本プラグインは以下のサードパーティ／外部サービスを利用します。該当する機能を使用
しない限り、訪問者のデータは送信されません。

#### grip space (アクセス解析・アカウントサービス)

grip space は、アカウント作成・訪問企業の特定・アクセス解析のために本プラグインが
連携するサービスです。ibis studio 株式会社が提供しています。API エンドポイントは`
https://n246.grip.space/api/v1` です。

 * **新規登録・連携時** (管理画面からアカウントを登録または連携する際): 入力した
   会社名・メールアドレス・電話番号と、サイト URL が grip space に送信され、アカウント
   の作成または連携が行われます。
 * **アクセス計測を有効にした場合** (既定ではオフ): 挿入された計測タグが、訪問者
   のアクセスデータ (ページビュー・リファラー・ユーザーエージェント・IP から導出
   した企業／地域) を grip space に送信し、そこで保存されてレポートに表示されます。
   計測がオフの間は、タグは挿入されずデータも送信されません。
 * **レポート画面**: 管理画面が連携トークンを使って、自社の集計済みレポートデータ
   を grip space から取得します。
 * **フォーム送信 (連携フォームのみ)**: 送信データを grip space に転送するか、WordPress
   内にのみ保存するかを、インストールごとに選択できます。
 * **Booking calendar — online meetings** (only when you connect Zoom or Google 
   in the plugin settings and turn the option on for a form): grip space holds the
   OAuth connection on your behalf and creates the meeting for you. Starting the
   connection sends you to grip space and on to Zoom or Google to authorize; when
   a visitor books a slot, the date and time, the meeting title and the invitee 
   email addresses (the visitor’s and those of the members assigned to the form)
   are sent to grip space, which calls Zoom or Google. Cancelling a booking removes
   the meeting the same way. With the option off, nothing is sent and the booking
   stays inside WordPress.
 * **Booking calendar — Japanese public holidays** (only while connected; can be
   turned off in the settings): the plugin asks grip space for the current public-
   holiday list so that holidays can be excluded from bookable dates. No visitor
   data is sent. A bundled list is used when this is off or unavailable.

#### Zoom / Google Calendar and Google Meet

Reached only through grip space, and only when you connect one of them in the plugin
settings and switch the online-meeting option on for a booking field. The plugin
itself stores no Zoom or Google credentials. What reaches them is the meeting you
asked for: its date, time, length, title and the invitee email addresses. Neither
service is contacted while the option is off.

#### Google reCAPTCHA

フォームで reCAPTCHA を有効にした場合のみ使用されます。有効時、公開フォームは Google
から `https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js` を読み込み、送信時にはトークンが `
https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api/siteverify` 経由でサーバー側検証されます。これ
により訪問者の reCAPTCHA トークンと IP アドレスが Google へ送信されます。

#### ZipCloud (日本の郵便番号検索)

フォームに住所フィールドがあり、訪問者が「郵便番号から住所を検索」をクリックした
場合のみ使用されます。入力された7桁の郵便番号が `https://zipcloud.ibsnet.co.jp/api/
search` へ送信され、該当する都道府県・市区町村・町域が自動入力用に取得されます。
それ以外の個人データは送信されません。

## インストール

 1. プラグインをアップロードして有効化します。
 2. WordPress 管理画面の「grip space」メニューを開きます。
 3. 会社名・メールアドレス等を入力し、利用規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意して登録し
    ます。既存アカウントは「既存アカウントと連携」から連携できます。
 4. 登録が完了すると計測タグが自動的に挿入され、アクセスレポートが利用可能になります。

## FAQ

### grip space のアカウントを別途用意する必要がありますか ?

いいえ。プラグインの管理画面から登録すると、無料アカウントが自動的に作成されます。
すでにお持ちの場合は「既存アカウントと連携」から連携できます。

### アクセスデータを grip space に送信したくない場合は ?

管理画面でアクセス計測をオフにできます。オフの間は計測タグは挿入されず、アクセス
データも送信されません。

### Do I need a Zoom or Google account to use the booking calendar?

No. The calendar takes bookings on its own and stores them in WordPress. Connecting
Zoom or Google is optional, and only adds the meeting link or the calendar entry.

### どんなテーマでも動作しますか ?

はい。計測タグは標準の `wp_head` フックで挿入されるため、`wp_head()` を呼び出す標準
的なテーマ (公式テーマを含む) で動作します。

### プラグインを削除するとデータはどうなりますか ?

削除前に連携を解除すると grip space のトークンが失効します。アンインストール時、

 * Translations: the Schedule screen’s strings for closing and reopening dates are

 * Form builder: the booking field’s hint now names the “admin notification mail”
   section correctly.

#### 0.11.5

 * Booking calendar: the reply mail to the visitor now includes a URL for cancelling
   the booking. It is added to the end of the mail automatically, or placed wherever
   you write `[cancel_calendar_url]`.
 * Booking calendar: the cancellation URL opens a page showing the booking, where
   the visitor can enter an optional reason and cancel. Opening the URL alone does
   not cancel anything, so mail scanners that follow links cannot cancel bookings.
   Bookings that have already started cannot be cancelled there.
 * Booking calendar: when a visitor cancels, the slot is released, any Zoom meeting
   or calendar entry is removed, and a notice is mailed to the form’s notification
   address and to the visitor (when those mails are enabled for the form). The reason
   is shown in the booking details on the Schedule screen.
 * Booking calendar: when a form with a booking field has no notification address
   set, booking and cancellation notices now go to the WordPress administration 
   email address, so new bookings are not missed. Forms without a booking field 
   behave as before.
 * Form builder: the booking field now warns when the reply mail to the visitor 
   is off, because the visitor would then get neither a confirmation nor the cancellation
   URL.
 * Developers: new action `grip_cf_booking_cancelled` fires after a visitor cancels;
   filter `grip_cf_booking_fallback_admin` changes where booking notices go when
   no notification address is set.

#### 0.11.4

 * Booking calendar: a form can now take appointments. Add a booking field, set 
   which weekdays and time ranges you accept, how soon bookings open and how far
   ahead they stay open, and how many bookings one slot holds. Visitors pick from
   the open slots, and a slot stops being offered once it is full.
 * Booking calendar: close a single date, or one time slot on a date, either from
   the booking field settings or from the new Schedule screen. Japanese public holidays
   can be excluded with one setting.
 * Booking calendar: optionally connect your own Zoom or Google account so that 
   a booking also creates a Zoom meeting, a Google Meet, or just an entry on your
   Google Calendar. The meeting URL can be placed in the reply mail with `[meeting_url]`,
   and cancelling a booking removes the meeting again. See “External services” for
   what is sent where.
 * Schedule screen: a new screen listing every booking across all forms, as a month
   view and a list, with what the visitor submitted. Dates you closed earlier can
   be reopened from here.
 * Submissions: the list now shows the notification address that was recorded when
   the form was submitted, so changing the setting later does not rewrite past rows.
 * Accessibility: keyboard focus is now outlined on buttons, links and choices as
   well, not only on text fields, and stays visible in browsers without `color-mix()`
   support. The outline appears only for keyboard navigation.
 * This release contains everything added since 0.7.6; the versions in between were
   not published here.

#### 0.7.6

 * 互換性: WordPress 7.1 で動作を確認しました。7.1 の変更はこのプラグインには影響
   しません。ブロックもメタボックスも登録しないため、常に iframe 化された投稿の編集
   画面は関係しません。非推奨になった `@wordpress/components` のプロパティや `@wordpress/
   reusable-blocks` パッケージは使用しておらず、jQuery UI (7.1 で 1.14.2 に更新)
   も読み込みません。管理画面のアセットは自身の画面でのみ読み込みます。
 * 管理画面: 他の grip プラグイン (Popup Banner / Chatbot) が異なる grip アカウント
   またはサイトに接続されている場合に警告するようにしました。grip プラグインは共通
   の計測タグを1つだけ読み込むため、アカウントやサイトが混在すると一部の施策が計測
   されません。同じアカウントとサイトに接続するよう通知でお知らせします。

#### 0.7.2

 * 修正: 計測ローダー (ma_tool.js) が API のベース URL をグローバルの BASE_URL 変数
   から読み込む仕様で、この変数は公式タグがローダーの読み込み前に定義するものですが、
   これが定義されずにアクセス計測が動作しなくなっていました。本プラグインでこの変数
   を (ローダーの前にインライン設定スクリプトで) 定義するようにし、訪問者のアクセス
   計測が再び動作するようになりました。これがないと、すべての計測リクエストが未定義
   の URL に送られ、何も表示されないまま失敗していました。

#### 0.7.1

 * 改善: 複合フィールド (住所、氏名) で、行の下部に 1 つだけメッセージを表示する
   代わりに、各サブフィールドの直下にバリデーションメッセージを表示するようにしま
   した。従来は、3 つのサブフィールドが未入力の住所でもメッセージが 1 つしか表示
   されず、そのすぐ上にある任意の「建物名」入力欄のものであるかのように見えていま
   した。
 * 改善: 不正な入力を見つけやすくしました (赤い枠線を太くし、薄い赤の背景を追加)。

#### 0.7.0

 * 修正: ブロックテーマでフォームの JS 設定 (`window.gripForm{id}`) が出力されず、
   すべての EFO オプション (リアルタイムバリデーション、必須項目のハイライト、半角／
   かな自動変換、離脱警告、下書き自動保存、最初のエラーへのスクロール) が無効にな
   っていた問題を修正しました。ブロックテーマでは本文 (ひいてはショートコード) が`
   wp_enqueue_scripts` より前に描画されるため、`wp_add_inline_script()` がハンドル
   未登録の状態で呼ばれ、データが破棄されていました。この設定を `wp_print_footer_scripts`
   で収集し、メインスクリプトの前に出力するようにしました。
 * 修正: 同意 (承諾) フィールドでバリデーションメッセージが表示されない問題を修正
   しました。このフィールドは `.grip-form__field-error` 要素を出力しない唯一のフィールド
   種別だったためです。
 * 修正: 条件付きテキスト入力を持つチェックボックス選択肢で、「入力してください」
   エラーが設定直後に消えてしまう問題を修正しました。いずれかのボックスがチェック
   されると、グループ必須チェックが行全体のエラーを空にしていたためです。

#### 0.6.9

 * Plugin Check の警告を解消しました: 外部アクセス解析ローダーは、バージョンを明示
   的に `null` に設定して `wp_enqueue_script()` で enqueue しています (スコープ付き
   の `phpcs:ignore` で明記)。これは、このスクリプトのキャッシュがプラグインアセット
   のバージョンではなく計測サーバーによって制御され、トラッキングタグの URL にバージョン
   クエリが付加されないためです。

 * レポート: 概要の統計カードがグラフの高さまで伸びない不具合を修正しました (重複
   した CSS ルールが flexbox の stretch を上書きしていました)。カードの高さは、固定
   のピクセル値ではなくグラフ列に自動的に追従するようになりました。
 * 「ユニーク会社数」の値が正しく表示されるようになりました (連携先の grip space

   スクリプトを wp_enqueue_script() で async 方式により読み込みます。これは標準的
