インストール

Unzip gym-master-components.zip.
Upload all the files to the /wp-content/plugins/gym-master-components
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
For customizing the plugin’s settings, click on Gym Master Components in WordPress left admin menu.
