Styling options are also sufficient for me, so with regard to the provided functionality this would be a 5* plugin. Not so small itch though: I really dislike the admin menu integration. It creates a new top level entry, title wrapping over three lines, unnecessarily adding to the complexity of the admin menu. Considering this plugin is dependent of Contact Form 7, IMHO it shouldn't be visible on top level at all. Just make it a submenu under the main CF7 node.
