i would like to place social media icon below photo in single member page is there any way to override the plugin

Awful support. No response on any tickets - only automated messages to check the knowledgebase and occasional automated emails saying that my ticket will be closed because they haven't heard back from ME. I rather like the styles in this plugin but the filter doesn't work, the style is messed up, and there is only one level filtering. So, the dropdown/search will have the same options as what is above. Also when filtering, selecting a different filter option doesn't clear the filter before it, you have to deselect before applying a different filter. You can choose more than one filter, but it adds the results together rather than reduce results. I guess that could work for someone, I don't know who. Not very logical. Overall I feel very limited in what I am able to do with this plugin.

I liked this plugin, so much so that I paid for the Pro version and guess what? I have had a support ticket open for almost a week, and zero help from the devs. I have emailed them, posted to their FB wall, emailed them privately on FB, and NO SUPPORT or reply. Buyer beware! You will not be supported if you have an issue. I have to hire someone to fix this plugin! NOT FAIR SMARTCAT

This was originally going to be a 1-star review. At first, when I upgraded to pro, I got Error 500 - Unable to reach site (site-wide) - completely broken. So, like a good wed developer, I opened an angry and frustrated trouble ticket full of threats and accusations.... Turns out, they we real pros. Bilal showed me where the problem was and got me back up and running in no time. I definitely recommend this product and this company for their support. Heads up though, read the knowledge base on the TGMPA issue (which is a coding error in some themes) and back-up your site before going pro (good advice anyway). Thanks to Bilal and the team for all their help.

Added the free version of this to a small organization Web site, and ran into a little usability problem with the plugin's templates. Even though we hadn't paid a cent for this plugin, the plugin author was polite and responsive, and actually pushed out a new version that facilitated a custom fix. Thanks, folks!

We actually purchased a few other Team based plugins first but all lacked the features, usability, and overall finesse Our Team Showcase Pro does. If you are going to use this plugin, I would recommend the PRO over the free version because the Pro themes and customization options are far superior. It's worth the money and the tech support has been very responsive. I also like being able to further edit the templates manually via editing in code. Overall, a good balance between out-of-the-box and code customizability.
