Contributions are more than welcome. Simply head over to Github and open an issue or a pull request.

Upload rate-limiting-ui-for-woocommerce to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
Go to WooCommerce » Settings » Advanced » Rate Limiting to configure the plugin.
