The Fluent Forms WordPress form builder lets you create sales and marketing forms without coding. Rebrand Fluent Forms removes all mention of Fluent Forms, allowing you to replace it with your own brand name and colors. Furthermore, you can change the description on both the navigation menu and the site’s plugin page and replace the developer’s link with a custom one of your own.

Minimum Requirements
- WordPress 5.0 or greater
- PHP version 5.6 or greater
Installation
- Install using the WordPress built-in Plugin installer, or Extract the zip file and drop the contents in the
wp-content/plugins/directory of your WordPress installation. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress(This will add new Sub Menu in admin panel’s side menu name Rebrand` under Fluent Forms menu).
- Go to Fluent Forms > Rebrand
