This plugin adds conditional logic to [Contact Form 7].
Send the PDF for Contact Form plugin will allow you to recover the data yourself via your form to insert them into a PDF built and prepared by you.
This plugin requires the installation and activation of the plugin Contact Form 7.

- Upload the full directory into your ‘/wp-content/plugins’ directory
- Activate the plugin at the plugin administration page
- Open the plugin configuration page, which is located under ‘Contact->Send PDF with CF7’

Plugin works great EXCEPT at the moment it does not seem to display HEIC the new image file format.
This is becoming the new default image on mobile devices. Contact Form 7 accepts the heic images fine. Its just not being embedded in the pdf form generator.

This plugin has been a lifesaver. I needed a plugin that works with Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7, preferably the Pro version. I tried another PDF plugin which was giving me a right headache and then I came across this plugin and it did exactly what I needed. Works great with repeating fields in CF7 Conditional fields Pro. Thank you!

I can not figure out how to assign a Create PDF to a specific form. How does contact 7 know which PDF to connect to

Cette extension est très utile et pratique (elle permet à l’école où je travaille de gérer les formulaires d’absences des élèves).
Je tiens à souligner extrême gentillesse du concepteur qui ne compte pas son temps afin de vous venir en aide.
