- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/senprintsdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > SenPrints.
- Click the “Connect with SenPrints” button and log in to your SenPrints seller account.
- Enable Auto-Fulfill if desired.

How do I connect my store to SenPrints?

Simply go to WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > SenPrints and click the “Connect with SenPrints” button. Log in to your SenPrints seller account when prompted, and your store will be automatically connected.

Don’t have a SenPrints seller account?

Visit seller.senprints.com to create your account. Once you have an account, return to your WordPress dashboard to complete the connection.

How does auto-fulfillment work?

When auto-fulfillment is enabled, orders containing SenPrints products will automatically be sent to SenPrints for processing once payment is received.

What happens if an order fails to sync?

Failed orders are automatically added to a retry queue and will be attempted again. You can also manually sync orders from the WooCommerce orders screen.
