This Plugin will auto-convert all the plain text URLs in a post to HTML hyperlinks,
URLs in WordPress Pages will not be converted all plain text URLs in Posts will be converted to hyperlinks that link them to the corresponding clickable URLs.
This Plugin will convert both Short-links and full URLs.

Does exactly what it should.
Nice would be an option do disable the display of https:// in the frontend. And an Option to keep the links when the plugin is uninstalled.
