インストール

Extract the plugin folder from the downloaded ZIP file.
Upload sc-scroll folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin from the “Plugins” page in your Dashboard.
Go to the “Appearance” menu “Customize” page and click “Scrollbar” option
