I need something like this badly but this doesn't seem to work in the current version of WP (4.7.4). I hope author can get this thing back up and running because it's a great idea and from what I can tell the plugin is setup perfectly.

Have tested all sticky notes plugins. This one is the the only functioning plugin on sites with fixed elements, backgrounds and none default contents. Well done..
