It was a gem, now it’s not working anymore. Chat widget is not sending notifications on mobile + operating hours are not active unless you are constantly logged in to the dashboard An app that needs you to babysit it 24h isn’t reliable anymore.

The “FREE CHAT PLUGIN” is a lie. After taking your data they will ask you for payment in order to enable the chat on the website. After doing all the configurations you will reach at this message: “Chat page feature is available in Starter plan and requires additional verification. Please Upgrade to Starter plan and contact support to unlock this feature.”

It appears that Tidio, so far, provides an easy to configure, nice looking, and helpful plugin for WordPress so that site visitors can quickly find what they need by asking questions. It directs visitors to correct pages, answers questions based on page content and other factors, and even allows editors to “fix” answers when they’re not exactly right. I have more to experiment with, but so far so good.
