Upload the `ushba-cost-margin-reports-for-woocommerce` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`. 2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen. 3. Make sure WooCommerce is active. 4. Add unit costs to WooCommerce products from the product edit screen. 5. Open Tools > Ushba Cost & Margin Reports. 6. Recalculate orders for the selected date range. ## FAQ ### Does this require WooCommerce? Yes. The margin dashboard and product cost fields require WooCommerce. ### Does this replace accounting software? No. Ushba Cost & Margin Reports provides operational gross-margin reporting inside WordPress. It is not tax, accounting, or financial advice. ### Does it send store data anywhere? The free reporting data is stored locally. Freemius powers licensing, opt-in, account, checkout, and update workflows for the optional Pro version. ### What costs are included? The free version calculates product cost using the unit cost saved on each product multiplied by order item quantity. It subtracts refunds, taxes, shipping, and order fees from revenue for a practical gross-margin snapshot. ### What happens on uninstall? Data is retained by default.
