It worked well for a while. After some time, it no longer worked to add products to the shopping cart. The button kept loading and loading and loading … customer service couldn't solve the problem, but we managed to get the button to work with our hoster, at least temporarily. Recently, the configurator simply hangs during the design process, so that no configuration is possible for my customers. Orders have almost stopped coming in for weeks, or even months.Customer service keeps blaming the problem on us, our website, other plugins, the server … But the problem is simply not being addressed – or cannot be solved. There are also some errors in the conditional logic rules that make some settings impossible for me.In the meantime, customer service has completely given up and is not working on my problem; I didn't even get an answer when I asked how they would solve the problem.I am very dissatisfied with this configurator plugin and have now switched to another one. With this one, you don't pay a fixed amount, but a fee per order. That's fine with me, even if it might end up being more expensive, as the configurator runs much more smoothly and the settings are much simpler. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/610dedad66abf969b763e8800b00f601d87801d5fc5579d5a09dff144013c8e8? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Good plugin but no more support](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/good-plugin-but-no-more-support/)󠁿 [Jonathan Webpixelia](https://profiles.wordpress.org/marocweb/) 2024年3月20日 Overall the plugin does the job. On the other hand, be careful when many display rules are configured; the page tends to take a long time to load; the same with the images which are all downloaded when the page loads. I encountered 2 problems recently but my support requests here on the directory and via the form on the developer's official website went unanswered. I don't know if there is any support yet. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/807225c3ea3b68a06bf38e9eeb36b47654652b4ba16c8f1148036daa3e649d0b? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Very good product configurator plugin](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/very-good-product-configurator-plugin/)󠁿 [DeepBlue](https://profiles.wordpress.org/deepblue5/) 2024年2月13日 Hi We have compared this one to the 2 major competitors and VPC is the best one by far nice addons too and works fine with Woocommerce thanks ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/22a924f21e20cad333df7db50de41da28ef7832896c87f72c99ba0d6c3207b16? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Visual Builder Review](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/visual-builder-review/)󠁿 [robarm7](https://profiles.wordpress.org/robarm7/) 2023年8月23日 We are very impressed with Visual Builder.
