If I could give it a zero or negative, I would. Not only does it not work, support is awful. SOFTWARE It broke my menu (menus stopped appearing when clicked on). I got a specific message that my system was broken via Wordpress. At first I couldn’t activate it. The software NEVER showed up on my Dashboard. Once I uninstalled, my system’s integrity was restored. SUPPORT I reached out at least 6 times; created 2 tickets because they couldn’t figure out the first ticket. I set them up as an admin user and gave them userid/password. They repeatedly could not find the userid/password and said I didn’t give it to them. They never bothered to verify that their product worked – doesn’t even show up on the dashboard. They told me it was fixed… ha, ha, ha. Joke is on me. It sounded great, it does not work.
