In actual use, I can quickly edit the linked product, but there is a situation where I don't want to have a related product. How can I block the related products that come with the plugin?

I really like the plugin and the possibilities it gives. I paid for the Pro version, but didn't get any support so far.
The stars I'm taking off of my review are because of the support I'm not getting.
