 1. Upload ‘wp-handbook.php’ to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Configure your handbook in Setting and widget

this plugin has a bug, when activated, all widgets in the admin area are not able
to be drag and dropped into a sidebar… please fix!
