This plugin was created for overcome situations when you have 11 categories & 170 sub-categories (true story!) and you're trying to find a specific one, for taggin' a post in it.<\/p>\n\n

The plugin remove the default categories checklist, and puts a collapsable list that makes it easy on such cases.<\/p>\n\n

I've used some code structure of Kevin Lanteri's plugin \"Admin-only Category\". thanks.<\/p>\n\n

Note: for now, doesn't support category tree's of depth > 1.<\/p>\n\n

  1. Upload VastSubCat<\/code> directory to the \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> directory<\/li>\n
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress<\/li>\n
  3. Choose VastSubCat<\/code> in the plugin menu within the admin panel, for turn on\/off the hirarchal lock of categories.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
