wpcat2tag-importerフォルダーを/wp-content/plugins/ディレクトリにアップロード- WordPress の「プラグイン」メニューからプラグインを有効化してください
- 「ツール インポート」画面に移動し、Categories and Tags Converter をクリック

Perfect plug in. I had a list of words I did not want to manually add as post-tags. This plug in did it for me in about 1 sec. Just a quick copy paste, and -boom- all words are a tag.

Great Plugin to Correct Your Website XML Sitemap. So that site structure will be remain good.
Even if you have Made some wrong Categories or Tags and Posted 100+ Articles in that don;t hesitate to use this plugin. Because the Transfer of articles from Category to Tags will take a long if you will not use.

Th plugin is old but still work perfectly. I have tried it on a modern install I have, with PHP7.

Does what is says on the tin! (and helped me massively importing over 2000 posts from Blogger and getting them tagged) 🙂

It is not php7 compatible.
