●ワードプレスにアクセスが出来ない（不審なエラーログ有り）

    現在、ワードプレスの移転の案件があるのですが、以前のサーバーから
    今のサーバーに移転された際に、以下の様なエラーログが発生し、
    メモリが100%になり、接続不可になった様ですが、今回、同様の現象を
    回避したいのですが、何が原因で回避策はございますか？
    検索したところ、http://it.trend-ai.com/?p=10450　に同様の現象がある様ですが、
    どうすればいいのか判りません。
