ヘッダの「Home」を非表示にしたい

    現在、「枠」テーマの無料テーマを使っています。
    ヘッダ部分に表示される「Home」を非表示したいためheader.phpのスクリプトを書き変えたりしてるのですが、上手くいきません。
    どうすればいいのか教えてください。
    header.phpのスクリプトは、以下の通りです。
