投稿ごとにコメント欄を付けたいです！

教えて下さい。

テーマは、iBlog2 Options　使用しております。（WORDPRESS3.1です）

投稿したページごとにコメント欄を設けたいのですが、表示のさせ方がわかりません。

TOPページに表示される記事一覧ごとにコメント欄を設ける（＝表示させる）方法どなたか、ご教授下さい！！
