デバックモード後の対応

wordpress上でプラグインが更新できず、
ffftpをつかって
BackWPupのプラグインを2.8.○(すみません、わすれてしまいました）⇒か3.1.4へのアップを試みました。
回答したものをフォルダに入れた際「同じデータがあります。上書きしますか？」には、はい。で対応。
そのあとアップロードをしたのですが、出先でネット回線が遅かったこともあり、途中で中断しました。
そのあとからwordpressログイン画面にIDとパスワードを入れようとすると
「HTTP5000」が表示されます。

デバックモードでみたところ
