プラグインをインストール後、管理画面に入れません

①「CloudFlare」、
②「W3 Total Cache」、
③「001 Prime Strategy Translate Accelerator」、
上記３つのプラグインをインストールした後、管理画面に入れなくなってしまいました。
ログイン画面に表示される内容は以下の通りです。
