固定ページのアイキャッチ画像のみを非表示にしたい。

初めまして。よろしくお願いします。

テーマは 「Twenty Twelve」を利用。子ページの一覧を出力するショートコード「Child Pages Shortcode」を利用しています。

一覧ページで使われている各画像はそれぞれの固定ページで登録したアイキャッチ画像が使われています。同時に固定ページのトップ左端にも同じ画像が表示されてしまうのですが、これを非表示にしたいと思っています。

下記を削除すれば非表示できるかと思ったのですが解決しませんでした。。
いろいろ調べてみても解決せずでして、どうしたらよいものかアドバイスをいただけると助かります。
