記事が公開されない

皆様

お忙しいところ恐縮です。
以前Webの営業もしていたのですが　笑　基本的に技術的にはなんにも関与していないので
無知です・・・

いちばんやさしい教本　インプレス社を見て作業していますが、ダッシュボードから公開すると
基本的にエラーになります。

4.2.3でWebページを作ってコンテンツを作成していますが、記事を見るを押すと以下のメッセが出ます。
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@sakura.ad.jp and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

固定ページもリンク出来ず公開されていません
サーバーはさくらで、macで作業しています。
宜しくお願い致します。
