Custom Field Templateのエラー

    お世話になっております。

    カスタムフィールドのカスタマイズを行おうと思いまして
    プラグインの「Custom Field Template1.9.3」をインストールして使用しようとした所
    ダッシュボードの画面上部に
    Notice: Undefined index: custom_fields in /var/www/html/wp/wp-content/plugins/custom-field-template/custom-field-template.php on line 159
    というエラーメッセージがでてしまいました。

    投稿画面のカスタムフィールドテンプレートには
    Notice: Undefined index: custom_fields in /var/www/html/wp/wp-content/plugins/custom-field-template/custom-field-template.php on line 2515

    Notice: Undefined index: custom_fields in /var/www/html/wp/wp-content/plugins/custom-field-template/custom-field-template.php on line 2381

    というエラーメッセージと

    設定のカスタムフィールドテンプレートの画面には

    というエラーメッセージがでてしまいます。

    環境は
    Win xp
    My SQL（5.1.6）
    PHP（5.1.6）
    Wordpress(ver3.1.4)
    ブラウザ　Firefox5.0
    です。

    どなたか対処法が分かられる方がおられましたら、ご教授の程、よろしくお願い致します。
