I have a problem being unable to see the images on the link in Contact Form 7

Please help me! Whenever there is an upload on Contact Form 7 by customers I check them via email receiving links to comments or uploaded images but recently I have a problem being unable to see the images on the link, instead I get a 404 error.

By the way, is there any way I could directly receive the text and the images to my email instead of getting links?
