iThemes Securityからの警告メールについて

運営中のワードプレスにはバックアップ用プラグインのBackWPupとセキュリティプラグインのiThemes Securityを使用しています。

ところで、最近、iThemes Securityよりファイル書き換え警告のメールが頻発しております。
これは何者かがサーバーにアクセスしてファイルを書き換えているということなのでしょうか？

それともバックアップ用プラグインであるBackWPupの自動バックアップによるもの。という解釈で良いのでしょうか？
