WordPress Importer エラー インポートできない

はじめまして、現在ワードプレスからワードプレスへ記事をエクスポート＆インポートさせようとしているのですが、エラーが出てしまいます。
どなたか、解決方法教えてください。

■バージョン
WordPress 3.0.5
WordPress Importer 0.4

■エラー内容

と出てインポートされません。
