WordPress3.8.1に更新したらカテゴリー一覧が正常に表示されない

はじめまして。
3.8までは正常に表示されていたのですが、WP本体と同時にプラグインもいくつかアップしたら、カテゴリー一覧がどれも1投稿しか表示されず、サイドバーさえも表示されなくなってしまいました。
プラグインを全て停止にしても結果は、ほぼ変わりません。
コメントの表示も正常ではないです。

あと、何をお伝えしたらいいかもわかりません。
非常に困っています。お手上げ状態です。どなたかお助けください。

アップデートは、無事完了したと思います。（さだかではないですが、WPのバージョンダウンや再インストールをしましたが、状況は変わりませんでした。）
