wp-config.phpのエラーの解決案を教えてください

始めまして、初心者です。　
インストールをマニュアル通りにやったつもりですが、同じようなエラーがいくつも出てしまいます。　「よくあるインストールトラブル」の説明を読みながら直せるところは直したつもりですが、うまくいきません。　ログイン後のページが以下のエラーがwp-config.php のメッセージ以外には、真っ白な画面だけしか映りません。

なにが、間違っているのでしょう？　どなたかご指示をお願いします。
