 * Googleのクローラーが来るということは、どこからか/index.htmlつきでリンクされて
   いるのだと思います…リンクしている覚えがない場合は、SEO系のプラグインが勝手にリンク
   を貼っている可能性もある気がしますが…すみません、思い当たるプラグインはありま
   せん。
 * Googleのインデックスから存在しないURLを削除したい場合は、Google Webmasterツール

    カテゴリー

   になっています。

    まず、wp_list_pagesのオプションでは不可能だと思います。 解決策として
   は、
    - wp_list_pages関数を真似た独自関数をfunctions.phpに書く
    - WordPressでクラス名をつけることをあきらめてjQueryでクラス名を追加する
 * など個人的には考えますが、まず、なぜそこにクラス名が必要なんでしょうか？
    もし
   スタイルシートのためだけに必要なのであれば、 スタイルシートの書き方でなんとか
   なりそうな気がします。

    とりあえず、date()関数はPHP
   にもとからあるものなので、 WordPressの設定とは関係ありません。 そのため、WordPress

    他言語対応はしなくても良い
   のではないかと思います。 _eを使わず、直接phpに日本語を入れれば良いのではないで

    もしページのスラッグからID
   を取得ということでよろしければ、 下記の方法があります。
