I dont see the sales pop ever after clicking cross `x` ro close popup. Is it normal?

Yeah, Sales pop will be removed from all pages if user closes.

Can I show the sales pop on all the pages? It is showing up only on shop and product pages.

Yeah, In
Customizer>Sales Pop, ChooseSite wideinShow sales popfield. This will show sales pop everywhere, except cart and checkout pages 😉
