I understand that you have to make money by creating this plugin, but it is excessive to limit almost all field options to questions. Drop-down list – blocked, date – blocked, location – blocked (you can still do it ok), no numeric field, no field, slider – blocked, html field – blocked, phone field – none, email field – none, url field – none.
Most of the input fields are missing or blocked. PRO costs $20!! per month!!! – huge price
Demo import – blocked, there should be at least 3 free import options.
Configuring the plugin and creating a separate page with questions is difficult and not well thought out.

If you’re in the market for a sweet plugin to help with lead gen, you gotta check this one out. The multi-step forms are smooth and keep people from bouncing. I really like how easy it is to follow the steps once we activate the plugin. There are ready-to-import samples that accelerate what we’re trying to achieve. I’m using it on a couple of my sites… Great results so far.
