Just install Plugin and enjoy feature of Wing Forms.

This plugin display forms with simple shortcode.

1). Create a page like wing or any other.

2). Put shortcode wherever you want.

3). Add shortcode parameters as you want.

このプラグインは1個のブロックを提供します。

Upload the entire wing-forms folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen (Plugins > Installed Plugins).

How to use plugin?: You just have to install. Plugin will take care of all the required things. You just have to create form and add shortcode.
How to add form in page?: You just have to addshortcode in page. e.g.[wing-forms id=”16″ title=”form 1″]
